No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a corporate account allows your procurement team to save billing details, track active shipments, and view complete order histories for easier project auditing.

To maintain fast delivery timelines for active project sites, orders are processed quickly. Modifications or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of order placement by contacting our team.

Yes. For bulk orders, tender fulfillment, or specific project estimations, please email your Bill of Materials (BOM) or RFQ directly to our corporate desk.

Logistics & Delivery

All items are processed and dispatched from our central warehouse hub in Dhaka. Standard delivery takes 24 to 48 hours for verified in-stock items, depending on the site location.

Same-day urgent delivery can be arranged for critical site requirements within specific zones of the Dhaka Division. Please coordinate with our logistics desk before finalizing your online order.

Returns & Warranties

We accept returns on standard, unaltered products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Custom-fabricated or specialized technical orders are non-returnable.

If a component develops a manufacturing fault within its official warranty period, email us with your invoice number and diagnostic photos. Our technical department will handle the verification for a repair, replacement, or credit.
